New trainers
I've never been one to spend a lot of money on trainers, as they never seem to last irrespective of how much you pay, but my wife got some for Asics for running and swears by them. Only criticism I have for these ones is they are very slightly on the small size, I'm normally 81/2 to 9, ordered 9, and they are a little tight, but they are getting better the more I wear. I'd still have gone for a 91/2 if in a shop though
